We have no prisons or corrective facilities in Moffat County, so why does it seem we have attracted a contingency of Meth addicts and a large scale of the criminal element? CAPS has been closed for quite some time now, do you think that may have been the root of the problem, that we now have?
Very curious of your thoughts on this issue! Or am i mistaking and over thinking the thought that we have such a high criminal activity in our area?
